New program at Sciences Po Law School:

LLM IN TRANSNATIONAL ARBITRATION & DISPUTE SETTLEMENT

The LLM in Transnational Arbitration & Dispute Settlement offered by Sciences Po Law School (SPLS) is a one-year, intensive and full-time programme, entirely taught in English. Its aim is to prepare students to act before the extraordinary variety of tribunals and courts that exist worldwide.

About the Author

Édouard Jourdain

Edouard Jourdain est docteur en sciences politique et en philosophie de l’EHESS où il a soutenu une thèse intitulée « Le politique entre guerre et théologie. La révision du marxisme et l’ombre de Carl Schmitt ». Spécialiste de Proudhon, Il a publié entre autres Proudhon, Dieu et la guerre (l’Harmattan, 2006), Proudhon, un socialisme libertaire (Michalon, 2009) et L’anarchisme (La découverte, 2013). Chargé de mission sur le projet Conventions (Enjeux croisés du droit de l’économie et de la mondialisation), ainsi que sur les séminaires de philosophie du droit et de philosophie politique, il enseigne aussi la théorie politique notamment à l’Ecole nationale des ponts et chaussées et à l’Institut catholique de Paris.
